Wearing masks with over the ear hearing side

“I have stopped wearing my aids when masks required because when talking ,etc my aids have been almost lost because the movement of mask makes for a dangerous situation. Having had the scare of the aids being dangling from behind the ear frequently. What do others do?

I wear a face shield that goes on like eye glasses. I am a heavy breather with low oxygen blood ratio when sleeping or stressed and also some claustrophobia. I only wear the mask covering mouth when required and then it has the window for lip reading. The shield covers my whole face
and protects my eyes also. I use window wipes (ammonia free) to clean both sides each time I wear it. So comfortable I sometimes forget I have it on

Please. I've somehow made a mistake. I get "hundreds" of Mayo Clinic notices every day. I have to unfollow with everything I am so overwhelmed.
