I’m not sure what you mean. I would imagine your doctors performed tests to ensure the infection was gone. Are you saying your doctors didn’t treat your condition appropriately? Even if the septicemia was properly treated and the infection was totally cleared up it doesn't preclude someone from getting another UTI and if it's not treated quickly enough or with drugs specific to the particular bug the infection could again cause septicemia.

It was determined the septicemia was not treated properly so the uti's continued ravaging the entire body. Two years later I was dying from this and wound up in the emergency room of a hospital who called in the infectious disease doctors who did a proper work up. I am now continuing the intravenous anti-biotics at home with home health aids. I have said before and continue to say that the health treatment here in Ocala, Marion County Florida needs some sort of oversight commites for the health professionals. The septicemia also destroys the eyesight. I do appreciate this site and your caring. My love to all of you Peach
