@gingerw, Told a friend yesterday that one of my very best new friends during Covid is my slow cooker! In my galley kitchen, counter space is limited but I'm considering adding the crock pot along with the blender to a more permanent coveted space. Just add whatever, go about your day and walla! Not only a lovely meal for "now" but for a single gal, always more to store in the freezer for a lazy day.
