What causes Clicking or Popping in Throat when Swallowing?

Thank you. Sometimes if I put pressure on my throat with my fingers, I can't feel the clicking or if I lift my head the swallow, no clicking feeling. Weird

When you are trying to feel it don't press it, just touch it very soft and the click must be there. Mine is like this.
