Hello. I have a diagnosis for clicking throat but I was never given instructions on what I have to do for my treatment. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello @erikas ! Sorry for the late response, been super busy with work and surviving.
I haven't received a diagnosis because getting one is very difficult for me, I had a close relative (young and healthy) die in an endoscopy, so that left me quite traumatised regarding having an endoscopy. Also having moved to a new country several times during the pandemic, made it really hard for me to be able to follow proper treatment.
I managed to get an appt for a pysch consultation, and hopefully see a GI doctor ASAP. Maybe try to see my problem from a less invasive point of view.
