Solutions: Live Transcribe reset and Zoom captions

I know there were a lot of discussions about and dissatisfaction with Live Transcribe. I have found in the last several months that this app does give the “App Off-line “ message even though I am signed into whatever network is available. Today, at the doctors office everything was fine in the check in and waiting room until I got inside the office . Then it went offline. I have found that by simply turning wi fi off and then on again it seems to reset and then I am back online. This has happened several times when it never use to happen before. For me, this is a fix and might be for someone else. Remember how we used to unplug an appliance and plug it back in and then it worked again?
Goggle says it does not store any conversations on its servers. There was a concern from someone about sending data to advertisers.
Another thing I don’t do is turn on Accessibility because of the floating microphone which just gets in the way. It does not affect anything I do with this app . I am still using the same Samsung S7 .
I have “attended” zoom meetings and placed my phone upright near my iPad and am able to capture almost every word that is spoken as long as the speaker Is using a microphone.
I don’t know if this Samsung has the most powerful mic of all the newer models but I am still amazed at the sound quality and will continue use to use this older version until the phone goes kaput.

Does anyone use Ava.me which is a speech to text app. for Zoom meetings? According to someone at Ava, it works best if everyone has the Ava app downloaded on their phone and there's a strong internet connection. Everyone at my meetings has the app but the problem is that the transmission stops frequently, sometimes for a brief period and sometimes 10 or 15 minutes and returns w/o any action on my part. The transmission disappears for everyone at the meeting also. I don't know if the time frame and participants is the same for everyone. Has this happened to anyone else?
Also in relation to how Live Transcribe works with a Zoom meeting, I went to the two URLs Erika mentioned above but they seemed to be steps for opening the app. When I first heard about Live Transcribe, I assumed you had to download it so I must've done that from the Apple app store since I read that Live Transcribe is only for Apple. I think there was a charge. Does everyone in the Zoom meeting have to have the Live Transcribe app and have it open for me to read the text?

You said that you spoke with someone at AVA. What did they suggest?
