@sunnyflower The only thing on it is It's from the research to prevent blindness it's a graph with a dot in the middle Hope you can find it your opthalmologist should know about it .Here's a number 1-800-621-0026 She also gave me eye meds

@sunnyflower you can find the chart by googling: "Amslerchart" it is helpful for macular degeneration testing at home.

Hello and thank you! I have that test done every 6 months at the doctor's office. And, they actually gave me some graphs to take home. I just didn't remember. Take good care, Sunny
