@jesfactsmon, @sunnyflower, @helennicola I cant vouch for the sleep improvement aspect but, I have recently switched to Magnesium Glycinate made by Innate Vitality. I take one 500 mg capsule per day. I've noticed an improvement with my constipation from opiods.

I'm hoping to feel relief from muscle cramping but, not yet.

That's great Rachel! I take 200mg of Mag Glycinate, twice daily. Still no improvement falling asleep or with SEVERE muscle tetany which can include the largest muscles in the body; aductor (inner thighs and hamstrings). Those puppies hurt and it can take 15 minutes or so to stretch them out. They are BRUTAL!! Funny I do not get them in the most common places, the Calfs and arches of the foot. The muscles on top of my feet and ankles, toes and fingers are the most frequent and lately have been pretty much every night. I can have them in the day or late afternoon but mostly evening and night and all night. I often have to get up. I'm thinking about upping my dose but have to research how much is safe. Also, even though I am on Morphine and Gabapentin, I still lay there often up to two hours before I can fall asleep. I just don't get it. I know my body really needs asleep. Tired and blesses, Sunnyflower 😊 @hellenicola @jesfactsmon
