Diet-- AM-Oatmeal W/ Sugarless applesause--,Lunch- ALOT of greek yogurt w/ resistant starch, PM-_salmon or chicken ,butternut squash,,asparagus. Snacks-- Greek yogurt with soft canned peaches or applesause or blueberries

Exercise 30-45 mins a day and drink 100 ozs of water a day
