It may be a GI (Gastrointestinal) issue that just happens to coincide with your period?🤷🏻♀️ I’d check with someone about it in GI area. Doesn’t hurt to ask the questions from a few different places.

That is what I forgot to add. I had a colonoscopy both upper and lower back in April due to massive bouts of diarrhea or severe constipation (THAT was a side effect of an anxiety medication of which I since stopped). The colonoscopy came back clear.
I was put on GERD and stomach acid medication but I have been great since June. I never had what I have now.
