I also always have had a real positive feeling when I get the advice from my team at Mayo. I actually watched my wife go thru getting them. Not very pleasant! So I couldn't remember if I had chickenpox as a kid so I asked my Mom (who has since passed away) and she couldn't remember. So I decided to get them. Well my Mom was good about writing in our baby books things like that and just recently my sister had been going thru so of my parents stuff and found our baby books. She sent it to me and low and behold I did have the chickenpox. So maybe I deflected a bullet. At least so far so good.

@danab It's not measles that shingles is related to, it's chicken pox.
