After searching internet with every choice I could fine, I went to YouTube where I should have gone first. They were there in my previously viewed or following items. The video is 9 years old, but good Breathing, strengthening chest muscle exercises. They are not NTM specific. The videos are by a clinical pulmonary nurse from Mass.General and Sloan Kettering. I hope combining these with clearing will help me while I’m trying to heal. If necessary, I will McClure more Bronchiectasis/NTM exercises in the future.
