Myofascial Release Therapy was the only treatment that ended excruciating pain in my right leg, caused by four fractured spinal vertebrae. It was administered by an excellent physical therapist, who also taught my son how to do it. My doctor recommended the physical therapy, but no doctor has even mentioned myofascial; probably they are not familiar with the various treatments which PT's can do.
