Oatmeal with some add-ins is a favorite of mine as well, @jodeej. I also added a spoonful of peanut butter to add a bit more flavor and protein. Peanut butter and half of a sliced banana are my favorite add-ins.

Do any other members want to add their favorite breakfast?

In the summer, I like whole wheat toast with some jam or peanut butter, and a piece of fruit. In the winter my favorite is oatmeal with a sprinkle of cinnamon and fruit or nuts. I also enjoy an egg with a sprinkle of cheese and a piece of whole wheat toast.
I do try to start the day right - except for my lab days which is a local bakery treat day.

Hello I have been eating more oatmeal now with PBC diagnosis. I cook old fashioned 3-4 servings at a time with cinnamon in the water and have it for the week. Then microwave add some honey, blueberries, walnuts and skim milk. Have never used steel oats, are they healthier?
