A word of caution with respect to diet and cancer cure. It is correct that eating right reduces one's risk of cancer and cancer recurrence. And eating well promotes healthy living. However, diet and fasting alone has not been proven to cure cancer. I wish it were true.

@colleenyoung I see your reply is now 5 years old. Is your response still correct? Can you supply links to any articles on this? I'm hearing about "Fasting mimicking diets (FMD)" that seem to be helpful with the effects of chemo, but also implied that it can help fight cancer. Separately, I have heard that reducing sugar in our diets is helpful because cancer thrives on dietary sugar. Your thoughts would be most appreciated.
