@artscaping y apologies for the tardy reply, Chris. I was up at Mayo for ten days for numerous appointments with Pain Medicine, Orthopedics, Neurology, Physical Medicind/Rehabilitation, etc. I don't mean to downplay your issues with cold feet, but for me, that's very low on my list of painful issues. I had excellent help from Dr. Pingree in Pain Medicine for issues with back pain and meralgia paresthetica, and had surgery on my right hand. For my cold feet which are worse at night, I wear white cotton sox. When I get out of bed in the morning, I force myself to march in place to get feeling back in my feet. Sorry I can't be more help.

@steeldove......good afternoon. Thanks for your reply. No apologies needed. I understand that cold feet in no way compares to 24 hours a day of pain. It is just a bit bizarre. When it comes, I can visualize the ice forming and even melting. No worries.....I can handle this. Let's be happy for your improvement at Mayo. Congratulations. It sounds like you have worked very hard to keep your body under control.
May you have happiness and the causes of happiness.
Chris
