Me too. It can be 90° out and i will put socks on, especially to sleep. I always preferred socks most of my life for sleeping but I am pretty sure mine got much worse with pregnancy as i retained a ton of water and my legs and feet really swelled- i think it damaged my blood vessels, especially in left foot because it aches all the time. Add in the cold of winter and even socks and slippers and an extra rug under my chair for the cold floor does not help. I like those rice bags to get in the microwave to make it bearable.

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Everyone should spend a few bucks for a microwavable (beans/rice) heat pack. Very valuable for all body parts and easier to form than a heating pad.
