@avmcbellar ai have no intention of having surgery seen to many of my friends that where worse off afterwards My last fracture ,compression fracture 8s pressing on my nerves the positioning andTens helps me I'm retired so have the time to experiment on what helps I may go back to my chiropractor when I can ,after Covid is over

@lioness glad you have done research. I thought surgery because you had mentioned seeing a neurosurgeon. It won’t hurt to get another medical opinion. Do you get compression fractures often? Difficult to predict.
