@artscaping The first symptom of SFN I experienced back in June 2016 was cold feet, and that's continued as a constant.

@steeldove, thank you for your contribution. Do you have any idea why cold feet were more of an evident symptom than painful or numb feet? I have had this diagnosis for four years and I have never had cold feet. It just sort of crept in and stayed a few days ago.

May you have comfort and ease.

@steeldover, Hi there.....I had another episode of ice bricks for feet this morning and decided to review this discussion. You say that the cold feet have continued, at least through June 24. How are they now @steeldover? Do you now have cold hands also? Somehow, the messages from the damaged or less than active nerves are getting confused. I could barely stand the discomfort this morning and am better now. My therapist worked on my legs and feet today and they are better.

Please keep us informed of your ice pack feet and their journey. And especially, share ideas and "tricks" for faking them out of being frigid. We need all the help we can get. It is wonderful to know you are sharing with us.

May you be free and safe from harm.
Chris
