Mayo Clinic Rochester: Shuttle services between buildings
I will be traveling to Rochester July 6 for a full week of appointments. Not my first time but my days are loaded and I will be looking forward to my hotel room at night. Just wondering if anyone can tell me how far it is to the FM/CFS building from Gonda building. Also is there any transportation between Gonda and St Mary's .

Not sure what FM/CFS is. But here is some info on other questions:
There is a free patient shuttle from Mayo downtown campus to St Mary's, It picks people up at Gonda lobby.

Thanks! FM is fibromyalgia and CFS is chronic fatigue syndrome. I know they are in a separate building from Gonda. Last Fall I was fortunate to have my appointments in Gonda. This trip is different.
@suzanne2 Do you have the building name where you appointments are?
The staff at the concierge desk can help answer your questions about shuttle service and travel times between locations on the Mayo Clinic Rochester campus. They can also let you know about restaurants who are serving during this time and take out options. You can even ask them about activities and services available during your stay. Thanks for the info! The building I have to go to is the Dan Abrams. Then a sedated MRI at St Mary's. I am going to take your advice and give them a call.
If look at campus map, Dan Abrams is about 3 blocks from Gonda lobby. It is connected via the subway system. Depending on your ability to walk you might ask if the patient shuttle to St Mary's can pick you up at Dan Abrams building. The concierge desk should be able to tell you if that is an option.

Hello @suzanne2, just want to wish safe travels. If you are experiencing mobility issues to walk that three blocks from Gonda to Dan Abraham, we have escort services who will push you in a regular or electric powered wheelchair. You can request for an escort at any point during your appointment. Just let the the nursing team on your floor know that you would like an escort for your next appointment and one will be provided.
My wife and I have been to the Mayo Clinic on a number of occasions. On our previous visits, there was a local shuttle service called Snap Shuttle (it's been known by other names as well), which picks up patients and visitors and transports them to and from their motels/hotels and the Mayo Gonda Building. My wife has appointments in a couple of weeks. Does anyone know if this free shuttle service is still available? Thank you in advance for your responses!
Hi @rick4404, Welcome to Connect. Many of the hotels in the downtown area offer free shuttles to the Mayo Clinic. Here is a list of the shuttle services - https://www.experiencerochestermn.com/planning-tools/getting-around/shuttle-service/.
Do you know which hotel you will be staying in?
The Ramada Inn on Broadway Ave. S.
They do mention free shuttle service to Mayo Clinic -- https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/ramada/rochester-minnesota/ramada-rochester-mayo-clinic-area-mn/overview
