@dk21 Welcome to connect . This is a good group of people with lots of information to pass on. Back in the 90's I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and O.A. The class I went to gave information about isoteric exercises . They do help I found out and now since then I have found different things in my tool box that helps me with these 2 problems I have .
