Thanks so much for the heads up. I will not feel so blind when going to my appointment. I was actually diagnosed 20 years ago. I used to have a support group that I started in my community but that fell by the wayside unfortunately.

@dk21 Welcome to connect . This is a good group of people with lots of information to pass on. Back in the 90's I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and O.A. The class I went to gave information about isoteric exercises . They do help I found out and now since then I have found different things in my tool box that helps me with these 2 problems I have . If you need any information about my toolbox let me know . Take care and good luck with your class
