Constant tinnitus: Are there any solutions?

I have the high-pitched whine when I'm having neck problems. When I'm able to get the neck pain under control, the tinnitus goes away. Sometimes ice on my neck or C7 vertebra helps, sometimes it takes days or weeks to get the neck problem under control.

Tinnitus suffer's the only thing I have found that quiets it is Mullein Drops I put this in water or any liquid and drink this really helps I ,be had tinnitus for over 30 yrs ENT told me there is no cure but Mullein helps
