I find that by taking Tramadol 50 mg before bed, and then 2 ibuprofen tabs, it helps me get to sleep.
Occas the pain in my feet wake me up in the am, as does the need to go to the bathroom.
My bladder is shot and I need to go every 1-2 hrs depending g on what liquids I have had.
I have no feeling when I have a bowel movement, I have to look into the bowl to see if I have had one.
I’m assuming this is all part of the neuropathy.
Anyone else have bladder and bowel issues.
Thank you, I will look into these recommendations. The form of CBD and THC as tincture: is that over the counter available?
@artscaping I tried to lock chain one night one day and one night and I was wired wide awake all night and when I called and told them they told me to quit taking it so I stayed on the pregabalin that I put on that I was put on after the Gabapentin had reached the ceiling that my doctor recommended of 2700 mg a day it worked 100% for me the only time I had problems with a few times that I forgot to take it at night I would wake up with my feet on fire and my legs aching I have neuropathy clear up past my waist it's my upper legs and I have some places in my back and I can feel it around even my neck and I think my addiction to coffee has been a real problem and irritating the nerves and I used to be a smoker and I drink very heavily and the Lord help me to get away from those things but I still haven't been able to quit drinking coffee even though I've read over and over that caffeine irritates the nerves so anyone out there that knows the Lord please pray for me

Is the CBD/THC taken internally or externally?
