In hospitals they use a device that is a half circle and attaches to each bedside at the foot. It allows the sheets to be elevated off your feet and lower legs. I’m certain a medical supply store would find one for you or the web.
Gabapentin has been the only thing that helps me to be able to sleep at night
@johnbishop . Hi John. I also sleep in my recliner every night, and have done so for four years due to a brainstem AVM and vertigo. I find that lying flat in a bed makes my vertigo much worse, somewhat the same feeling as having a wee bit too much vino,
'way back in the good old days.
