I am always suspicious of sodium especially when there is dizziness, stomach upset and tinnitus. Meneres disease can cause those issues and sodium can be a real issue with it. You mentioned a healthier diet, cut your sodium to about 1000 mg a day for awhile and see if there is any difference.

Hi. Dizziness is not one of my regular symptoms, is more like weakness. I think I get dizziness very rare, once in a few months or more.
I will check with my doctor also. I suspected Meniere a long time ago, but beside tinnitus nothing from this disease matches my symptoms.
