Cimone88, I have Grandchildren and some experience that may help. My 18 year old just graduated and attending college. She’ll be 19 in February. Her time started just 2 Summers ago. Her Mom didn’t even explain. ?? So on a vacation sitting on a bed she took her wet suit off. Her flow was pink then got red as her Mom took a while to get pads back to her. My Son told me in private, as his wife explained her Mom taught science and told her when you start bleeding put one of these in. Any questions just ask. When I was young I got cramps and first time saw brown sticky stuff. Ended. Next time 3 wks- later same, but more then melted out to a warm brown flow and next day got red then a lot for 5 days and toward the end was brown again. I learned to pour warm cup of water to clean up easier. For cramps took Midol back then or old fashioned hot water bottle. Craved chocolate and more when pregnant at age 24. God bless.
