Easy recipes

Posted by Funcountess @funcountess, May 18, 2020

Hi,
Anybody out there have a easy recipe for homemade potato salad. If so, please specify white rose. Or Yukon gold, or red potatoes.
I had a bunch of good recipes, but I see they were ruined.
Thanks

Hi contentandwell
Yes, I will follow the recipe, just no sugar. I am so glad no mayo. You rescued me from having to do a mayo pot salad.
Really thankful
I should look at SARGENTO cheese ingredients, I buy a lot of mild cheddar, and low fat Swiss.
When I get home from market, I remove cheese from wrapper and put in my lock and lock containers.(QVC)
Everything stays fresh.
I’m sure your home is lovely. New England style furniture s very popular on the east coast.
Right now my furniture/ living room is a modern disaster. Boxes and furniture piled on top of Each other.
In California most furniture stores are either out of business, or struggling to survive, due to Wayfair and Overstock on line buying.
Better get on with the day.
Workers coming in a couple of hours.
Take care,Funcountess

@funcountess Even in New England, the traditional styles have become less popular. Young people like a whole different type of furniture.

Hi there
Personally I tend to make potato salad rather simply--peel, dice then steam or boil the potatoes of your choice,
buy the bacon that you like & dice it then fry in a pan on a lower heat or airfry before dicing --so it does not get "crunchy"
Boil an egg, allow to cool then peel & dice,
I like to add garlic chives, you may like spring onions-- diced finely

When all have cooled mix together and add mayo of your choice--or make your own with condensed milk & mustard powder & tiny amount of milk to thin mixture
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Enjoy 🙂
