Thank you for the information. The reason I ask about what you use is because I bought some CBD oil. It says pure hemp extract, THC free, 300mg per bottle. I put it in a little juice and took it internally for a while. I saw no change of any kind. But before I knew I was to take it internally, I rubbed some on a few itchy places, and the itching stopped, immediately. It only lasts a few hours, but, oh my goodness, some relief. I don't know anything about this kind of thing. I don't know if it's bad for me. The oil is messy, and I wonder if there is a better method of applying. It just blows my mind how quickly it stops the itching. What do you think? Oh, I live in Texas.

Good evening @bjbednarz. Good for you. You tried something and analyzed the results. Unfortunately, you chose a hemp-based product. And a little THC acts as a kick-starter. I use a 3:1 topical for constant irritating pain and a 1:3 topical for acute pain. You can find good information on leafy.com. The difficulty is that you live in Texas and are limited to street level products. Without the regulated and controlled management of cannabis products, you take lots of chances. However, the results for you as a topical seem to be encouraging. Isn't it wonderful when you find something that works?

How is your stress level? Calmer? I just lived through the anticipation of some injections in my hip joint. They have been uncomfortable so I let fear grab hold of me and the itch attacked. You probably wouldn't believe the scratched areas on my arms and legs. NOT pretty. I didn't get to the compression sleeves and gloves in time so...will hide it all tomorrow. The injections were easy, breezy and I have eliminated another pain source for maybe a year or more.

I am trying to permit myself to indulge in some quality of life treatments. The next stop is the left thumb? January 3.......for that journey.

Good night for now........Chris
