What do you do for Neuropathy itch?

Hi, Helen @helennicola and Hank (@fesfactsman........do you use tens unit, Helen? I used a tens unit for my back (35 yrs ago). It wasn't much good then but I was close to the tolerance limit for surgery. Maybe I should try it again. Think they might have improved in 35 years...huh? Please make a recommendation and I will let Santa know it is on my list.

I have a tens unit I’ve tried off and on for my neck and lower back; any relief I obtained was temporary so I no longer use it. I have found that the exercises I do at home do help so they’re part of my daily routine. Helen
