What do you do for Neuropathy itch?

I am an 83 year old male living in India. I have been having Neuropathic itch, mainly in my legs in a minor way for the past few years, which I usually get over by a firm rub. Occasionally, when the itch becomes severe, I apply TENOVATE a cream manufactured and marketed by GlaxoSmithKline, which eliminates the itch in just one application. Please write if you need any other information.

@chandyjohn1, Good morning. Thank you so much for responding to my distress call. I did look up Tenovate and I am glad it works for you. At this point in time, I am waiting for my dermatologist and PCP to review the images and get back to me. Maybe an itch free night.
