How to survive COVID-19 with other health conditions?
To everyone out there who is probably suffering the same anxiety as I am over the status of the world, I read an article this week in the Albuquerque Journal.
It was written by a writer named Sunny Fitzgerald.
- Don’t feel like ‘getting things done’? It’s okay not to be productive during a pandemic. https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/wellness/productivity-coronavirus-pandemic-projects/2020/04/06/742edf54-76e4-11ea-85cb-8670579b863d_story.html
Suffering through illness like many of us are, what is happening today just adds to our Stress and Anxiety Level! It explains much of what we are going through for the first time in our Lives!
I won't go into details, LIKE I NORMALLY DO, LOL, but I really suggest it is a must read! I have taken out of the paper and read it everyday to understand that I am not alone in my thoughts and should not stress out in my thoughts and actions!!

@sundance6 Whoo-hoo for flunking that test! Having a chronic condition in the midst of all this pandemic, a person will automatically wonder if any less-than-feeling-good days are the virus, or your existing condition.
Today will be a fairly busy day, but I hope to work more on the project room. I would like to plan on sewing or artwork tomorrow!

@fiesty76 I am sure everyone is "on a first name basis with Miss Ennui" at this point. I have actually stayed fairly busy between Connect, exercising, and cooking meals that are more lengthy in their prep. Of course when I do that I always make sure there is enough for two nights so I get a free night out of it.
That's great that you are going through things and giving to a homeless shelter. I am going through clothes and will drop them off at one of the places that accept donations.
I am also having some very strange dreams that seem so real! Very odd.
@sundance6 I'm happy that you flunked your COVID test but Lyme is not pleasant to deal with either.
In our state two of the major hospitals, one in Manchester, and one in Nashua, that are both part of the same hospital group are also furloughing a large number of employees. I was very surprised to read that, but I guess other than the departments that deal with COVID, admissions are down.
Stay well, and I hope all are being scrupulously careful. We are and so are my son and daughter, and they are only in their 30s.

JK, Thanks for the words of encourgement! I try and deal with things in a open, honest and logical way! The news about everything governments in states, mine in particular NM, dosen't add up. It's nothing but a "Smoke Screen"!
None of this is making any sense when you sit down and put it on paper and see the "Fakeness" about it all.
Stay Healthy!
Thanks,
Richard(Sundance)
THANKS! TRYING A NEW ATTITUDE TODAY!
BEST OF LUCK!

fiesty Thanks! Interesting show last night with Dr. Phil! He treid to explain how hard this is on everyone. It's compounded more if you have an illness or psycatric condition! I'm trying to use the advice to get back to my noormal routine today! We'll see how long it lasts today!
Radishes? That is pretty strange! I Love them but can't eat them because they don't like me when they come back up! And that's not an Old Person "Thing" have had it for over 40 years!
Enjoy your day wherever you are! Here in Albuquerque it is going to be 70 and no wind! Need to get my Speedo out and lay by the pool! LOL!!!
