SHORTSHOT NANCY) HI HOPEFUL.....I HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL NEXT WEDNESDAY FOR A (PET SCAN WITH SURGAR) AND ALSO I HAVE TO HAVE A BIOPSY ON THE GROWTH IN MY LEFT SIDE. i KNOW THEY WILL NOT DO ANY SURGERY ON MY. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TREATMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE EITHER. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED. DID YOU GET MY BOOK? IF SO DID YOU LIKE IT? NANCY

@shortshot80- Best of luck with your PET scan. My CT scan is also this Wednesday. I'm nervous because we are watching 2 sites in my left lower lung.

I finally finished your book. What a neat story about you and your family. I really enjoyed reading about all of the community activities you were involved in, I know your community appreciated you! I also enjoyed hearing about your school bus driving days. You must have had great fun dressing up for the kids when holidays came around. I'm sure that they all loved you!

You talked about "dory fishing." I'm not sure what that was about. Can you fill me in?

The story that was published about you and Bob who helped the visitor get back to work on time was certainly touching. You and Bob had great compassion and love for people. You went out of your way to help and assist.

I'm so glad you wrote the book. It is a good example of what family, friends, community and faith should be.
