Thank you all for your great replies! @merry no ma'am i want to to know if i can spread the workouts through out the day and get the same results as doing them in 1 settings in the same day.

For example If today i planned doing leg and chest. I would do leg exercises in the morning and chest exercises at noon.

@bookysue that sounds great! I do move around and try not to sit a lot.

@lioness yes ma'am i do try walking every day per the recommended weekly minutes. I hope your changing sleeping petterns are not upsetting you.

@fitnessask- Yes, the final answer is yes! My step-son did this and he put on a lot of muscle!
