Hi Merry sorry for late reply. Just in general

Hi Amanda. Thank you and thanks for the reply. No ma'am not quite. I am talking about doing just one exercise (lungs for example) not bunch of exercises for 1 muscle group. I read that 1 set of 12-15 reps that tire you is as good as 2-3 sets. Fine. Say i did only dumbell curls 12-15 reps once every week. will that enhance my biceps strength as much as doing it but with other workouts(either for same muscle or different one)?.

Actually once a day not once a week. I wanted to know if at any given time in a day if its beneficial to do an exercise or two like pushups or some weight lifting. I hope im not making this more confusing
