@fitnessask- Good morning. If you only do push-ups then only the body parts that are involved will be worked. I'm a bit confused- Are you talking about doing one exercise on one day or spreading that same exercise throughout the week.? I think that this also depends on your goals. What do you want to get out of your workouts?

Hi Merry. Thanks for the reply.
Strength training involve doing different exercises for different muscle groups. To clarify a bit, i want to know if doing one exercise a day has the same benefits as doing all the exercises in 1 setting. Like would doing pushup today, lungs tomorrow etc is as good as doing them the same day?
I take from your response that it does?
