Let's create a space to offer a daily reprieve.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of uncertainty and fear into our lives. Some of that fear and uncertainty can be caused by over thinking what is going on or unnecessarily worrying. So, I'm making sure I wash my hands frequently, not touching my face, staying away from social gatherings and all of the recommended guidelines to help avoid getting or spreading COVID-19 but it can be a little boring. I try to not watch news all day long while I'm in this self imposed captivity. I like to take pictures of birds and other creatures from my window as a welcome break.

I invite you to join me in sharing pictures, favorite poems, sayings, mottos, funny moments. Let's take a daily break together.

I had no idea. God, I’m good. A little detector, rhymes with defector. Sounds like my kind of show, will check it out. Soooo happy it’s not Kleenex or paper towels. It’s the little things that make me happy 🙂

From my back patio. The ladybug just landed on my hand. I consider ladybugs ‘good luck’. Love to bird watch and sometimes take pics. Hummingbird getting its morning energy drink. Happy Friday!

Oh yes - has that look- what memories you must have- hard when they go -wow though the memories left behind-geez. My first orange like was a tiger aly names Simon and his 3 siblings- what a blast - they had a border collie ( English) names Max- lots of herding - tbe stories I have Ahhh

thinkhappy, didn't realize you were new to this site! With Wonderful pictures like those you are an added plus for all of us! What part of the country are you in? Some of us are still trying to come out of winter! Still have a little snow left on our Mtns. in ABQ!

Yes, it is an adventure that has been on the bucket list for years. I designed it. I have participated closely with the builder. Busy, but I am so grateful for the opportunity.

@bookysue How do they pull at your heart strings so much? Man I’m sure you have had many adventures with that crew. (And some hefty vet bills) thanks virgo

@cheryle I remember those days. I probably would do it again, given the opportunity. (I’m house “flipper” at heart). How exciting for you. Have fun virgo
