@masiya- Good morning and welcome to Mayo Connect. May I ask you a few questions so that I can better help you? How long ago were you treated for pneumonia? Were you hospitalized? Are you still taking any medicine?
Here is information about pneumonia from Mayo Clinic

3 to 7 days I was using antibiotics... and I'm right now it just that I have this problem...
@masiya- Did you just stop treatment? If so it takes quite a while for lungs and your body to heal and repair themselves after pneumonia. I think that you are perhaps pushing yourself too soon. This could strain your lunges. Sometimes it takes months to recover from pneumonia. Can you just take a break from exercising until you have more energy?
Mmmm owk...thanks then it just that im worried coz I'm a soccer player I have to get back to work...
@masiya- If you are still healing from pneumonia and you go and play soccer you could strain your lungs and cause more damage because they are already stressed. Your lungs could fill up with fluid.

Owk I will do as you say...
@masiya- Stay well! Let me know how you do. Also with COVID-19, you don't want to take extra chances?
No everything is fine... It just this matter.
So they is nothing I can use in the mean while?
@masiya- I know, it's frustrating. You can ask your doctor what you should and shouldn't do. Is he a pulmonologist? They specialize in the lungs.
