I got out in the wind, rain/sleet for a super brisk walk. Glad to know that I hadn’t gone too far before I was “half way home”. Refreshing, to say the best!

@jude07 I walked this morning for a half mile. Not very far when I read how others are doing, but right now that is a big deal for me, since I just found out I have a compression fracture in lower back! It was overcast and cold. But just now I walked another bit, in glorious sunshine and 50 degrees! What drew me outside again was the sight of a bald eagle flying from the creek over our house! I was hoping to see it landed in one of the standing trees in back lot, so I hurried at a slow pace to go check. Did not see it, but hoping to see signs of nest building soon.

Planning to get outside tomorrow after the MRIs for more walking,
