Missed my walk today to make a 450 mile road trip to stock up on a winter's worth of sausage and pork for the family. It was awesome to see different sights - beautiful hoarfrost on the trees in northern MN.

Now you have me curious, can you reveal this sausage etc meat market that you put on 450 miles to get their meat. Must be really good. I drive about 45 miles to get mine since our local little meat market closed two yrs ago.

@sueinmn Although we try to avoid scheduling the Pennsylvania to Minnesota “vacation“ in winter, we are still telling people about how beautiful it was a couple years ago when we made that trip to Mayo in January. Truly looked like beautiful Christmas Cards. It doesn’t seem possible to me that you would ever get tired of seeing it.
