@debrafriedrich I was just locked out had to go back and login again Don't know why .One thing I heard was for knees get a robber stretch band an use 10 times on each leg Pull leg back and forth this has helped my knees I use Jackie Talley,s chair exercises on.you tube 4 different ones put in collections .Sorry your knees are giving you trouble It's my R.hip

@loness, I've lost access too. I tried to go to my profile....checked the grps to follow but don't know how to "sign back in"? So frustrating...can access through a much earlier "daily digest" but can't get back the walking and few others?
