@lioness. Glad you got pain-free with just one visit! I have spinal stenosis. When it eas diagnosed a few years ago, the ortho doctor tor said I'm not a candidate for surgery... Thank goodness,... But i have to live with a little pain. So if my pain level goes from 10 to a 5, i can handle it. I go to my chiropractor every now and then, although my children and doctors do not approve. The adjustments seems to help. I have been doing more walking this week. I may go back again next week, depending on how i feel. I used to go for a massage every 2 weeks, even though it stretched my budget a little, but it was wonderful therapy. I'll be back when they open up again. Glad it looks like the weather is cooling down. Can't wait till fall.

@mayofeb2020 I am too I try to go as soon as it hits me and usually one adjustment does it but Dr did say to come back if I need to . So far so good. I know what you mean but chiroprators are Dr.s they go to school and have certificates . My step Dad went to Palmer chiropractic school my son goes and daughter in law . You just have to do what helps you ,right

I was told I had spinal stenosis and i need surgery, but I traveled to mayo for a second option and was told no I didn't need surgery.
I have never considered a chiropractor or massage therapy,. it is difficult to walk, I'm so tired, but don't sleep well
