HAPPY 4th of JULY TO EVERYONE. STAY HOME, STAY SAFE. BEING HOME ON A HOLIDAY IS NOT THE WORST THING IN THE WORLD. KEEP BUSY.
FIESTY76 76 GOING OUT EVEN TO THE MARKET, BE CAUTIOUS. YOU HAVE MENTIONED YOU ARE UNDERWEIGHT, IM THINKING YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM COULD NOT BE UP TO PAR. IT MIGHT BE WISE TO ORDER YOUR GROCERIES FROM YOUR MARKETS.
THIS VIRUS IS OUT OF CONTROL, AND WILL BE FOR SOMETIME TO COME.

We order Blue Apron occasionally and love them!

@funcountess . Here in Long Beach I just signed up for meals from the GreatMeals from L.B Just feeled out the application so hope to hear from them soon maybe next week but I agree anyone with a compromised immune system shouldn't take a chance by going out . I order mine from Walmart they deliver over 35.00 is free delivery and its not hard to get to that amount. BE safe yourself . Hope all our connect family is taking precautions by Dr. Fauci

@funcountess, And a Happy 4th to you as well! You are so right that being home on a holiday is not the worst thing by far! Before retirement, I always weighed the pros and cons of whether to take a trip vacation or home vacation. Both had advantages and disadvantages and sometimes a little of each occurred.

Yes, I am having a local grocery deliver to my home and so thankful that the service is available! Today was my very first in store shopping experience since before March 13th. Have to admit to feeling a bit skittish but daughter and I agreed that this might be the very best lull before a greater virus storm hits TX. The supplies shopped for today were non-perishable household goods and pet supplies that could be bought at one place and at less cost than the local grocery. More perhaps about that adventure later; the hermit is still recovering from her first big outing! lol

And yes! Something is definitely awry and not "up to par" with my much tested but undiagnosed and unintended weight loss and inability to regain. Smiles. However, I do prepare from scratch, healthy meals, exercise and am ordinarily a fairly positive gal so think if I keep paying attention to diet, the pounds will return eventually. I'm not tossing any of the regular sized clothes just yet. vbg I appreciate your thinking of me.
