@lioness Send some of that fairy dust my way. I'm pretty uncomfortable today after the 9 hour surgery on the 9th. I have to wear my brace very tight and stand up with a good posture. I have a cut from T-10 to my pelvis, which seems to be healing. It's going to take a long time (1 year) to totally heal. Hope your back is better. Jeanie

Hugs to you, @lilypaws. I'm glad to hear that you are recovering. A year sounds like a long time, but as you continue to heal and to put effort into achieving a good posture, I hope that the time seem to go a little easier for you. Each day is a step in the right direction.
Will you be having a follow-up appointment or is any kind of PT that you will need?
