Hi @athoub I’m really glad you’ve decided to join us! I’m @becsbuddy and I started this group because, like most people with autoimmune diseases, I had terrible fatigue. I knew I needed to walk/exercise, but always had an excuse. This group really helps. Here is a link to the group on MayoClinicConnect or you can click on View and Reply at the bottom of this message

@becsbuddy and other walkers, Yesterday on my early walk I saw two baby mockingbirds, our TX state bird, just learning how to get around on the ground. I just stopped to watch and in a few moments one was able to get up enough steam to fly back into the nest above. I'd never before seen a baby fly back into its nest. Is that common? One of the parents started "talking" to the other fledgling and that one made a couple of false starts before hopping over to the shelter of some shrubs. Great start to my day!
