thank you @lioness ..but you know as a liver transplant recipient sometimes if I do effort I feel not well in the next day and maybe stay in the bed for one or two days but am trying to do my best
I have to overcome my situation to be better in the future .... and am looking to surprise my doctor when I lose weight lol

@athoub I didn't realize you where a liver transplant till I read more of your post . @rosemarya can sure help you with that but your body will tell you when you have had enough . I teach a sr. chair exercise where I live and that's the first thing I tell people listen to your body when tired ,quit or you'll have problems. So just do what you can start slowly and build up . I'll still see you on the virtual trail I don't walk everyday but try to at least 4 days a week .

Hi @athoub I’m really glad you’ve decided to join us! I’m @becsbuddy and I started this group because, like most people with autoimmune diseases, I had terrible fatigue.
