@birdierobin - normally when a message is in your Junk folder you can select the message and then click an option to tell the email program that the message is not Junk and it will be moved to your inbox. This normally adds the sender to your friends list so that it doesn't go to the Junk folder in the future. You can also setup a filter in your email program to move any message from Connect into a specific folder which you can give a name like Connect.
