With me, I already have one paralyzed cord so whatever is going on with me all of a sudden I can’t talk right it makes it hard to swallow and talk. They did a mobility test on me and said my esophagus is not working right

@birdierobin - that sounds difficult that you can't talk right and swallowing is hard. Do you have neuropathy that is linked to this somehow, or just the paralyzed vocal cord?

@jimhd @arlinebringhurst @johnbishop @jaygats @2011panc @jcbonne1 @jenniferhunter may have some thoughts on the impact of neuropathy on swallowing or any personal experiences they have had with this symptom.
How has neuropathy impacted your swallowing, @rwinney?
I'm sorry to hear that @birdierobin. It must be awful. What is the next planned step towards relief or diagnosis?
Rachel

M. Halland... is an esophagus specialist... he's from Norway... He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood what was going on..
Many good wishes sent your way. Best of luck with your appointment.🍀
