@helennicola The vestibular testing showed this was best for my condition so Dr has me do this till the crystals went in place again. At another time after that I experienced same thing not as bad and just sat on bed doing this routine 😴 So far haven't had anymore dizziness

The The therapist tried dropping my head more perhaps try again to see if it makes a difference but I tried it for like three months to no avail
