Asthma like symptoms after engine fume inhalation

Hello everyone, I can’t get any help or information! I’ve been to primary doc, pulmonologist, ERS, and Gastroenterologist..So I’m sorry in advance for the long story..but this is how it’s went so far.. in August I helped my husband work on a high performance motor in our shop.. It was over heating so it was a lot of starting it and letting it run until over heating (work on it) then start it up again and let it run until it over heated again.. thus went on for about 7-8 hrs.. shop doors were open..it was about 100 degrees we also had fans going..but the fumes were bad..I started coughing that night and felt bad the next week. Thought it was the flu...the nx wkend it was still over heating so we wrapped the headers with fiberglass. I still didn't fell good.. but I helped anyway.. it was a 7-8 hr job also..my cough got worse, had muscle fatigue..but now I cldnt talk or drink anything with out coughing..I couldn’t Stand the taste of soft drinks it burned my mouth..or if it was cold it made me cough..with coughing come no air.. I cld breath in but couldn’t breathe out... my oxygen level is good so I get no help from doctors..had s lung function test it showed restricted air way..plus my GURD started back up.. had a EGD doc said from throat down to stomach is not bleeding but very red and inflamed..I’ve had a Nissan fundo surgery about 10yrs ago wasn’t hvin any trouble with acid.. until all of this...never had any breathing trouble..until all of this.. I hv a nebulizer but it doesn’t seem to help..
Any suggestions or help I would appreciate it very much..

Hello, I went to new doctor..he looked at old CT scan from August and showed me the spot on right lung.. so he removed it and found some on vocal cords...biopsy showed aspergillosis..he prescribed several different medication.. then I went to my doctor because my throat is sore,coughing my head off chest hurts.. and I can feel some things in my throat when I cough..when my doctor looked down at my throat .. I thought for a second she was going to pass out..she said omg I can see the fungus in the back of your throat..so now I’m going to see ENTon the 9th.
But I’m scared.. ( I think this is bigger than me)
My voice is almost gone, dry mouth, BP is high, so dizzy I have to hold on to something to walk )
Any suggestions?😩

@acid2come Im so sorry to hear of all that you are going through. I had canker sores in my mouth and baking soda warm water with lemon juice helped a lot Lemon is alkaline this helped me a lot . Let us know what the Dr.s say . I can imaging your scared not knowing is scary Don't let the fear get control of you then you are giving it the power take back your power deep breaths will help with your blood pressure I wish you luck God bless .

@acid2come I have dry mouth frequently and keep a bottle of Biotene mouthwash which seems to help me.

@johnbishop That was suggested to me by my dental hygienist. How long lasting are the effects?

JK probably a few hours. I use it at bedtime to help with dry mouth when sleeping (mouth breather ) and hate waking up with it.

@contentandwell I have dry mouth and use it before bed and in A.M usually 2 x is all I need but of course you can rinse with it when needed

@acid2come-Oh boy, this is awful. Not something that you want to hear. You see your new doctor today. Please let us know what he says and what medicines he gives you to get rid of the fungus. I'm wondering if this is the same fungus, aspergillosis, as on your vocal cords. Did you have lung surgery?

Yes it’s aspergillosis,, the doctor went in and removed it from my lungs and vocal cords..He didn’t seem like it’s any big deal.. I will get a list of medication later..but after doing some research (I’m very scared) I don’t know if the medicine can stay ahead of the fungus.. plus I’m still coughing and having acid come up all and the burning in chest.. I went to minor emergency clinic ..BP is staying high, sore throat coughing and acid reflux (I think it’s LPR) I know it’s LLR.. I’ve been on omeprazole 40mg 1 2xa day..for the last year.. but emergency clinic doc looked at my throat and said she could see the fungus on the back of my throat..she suggested I go see a ENT so I do..he went up nose and looked at the top valve.. not sure if that’s what it’s called..but he said I have LPR and is going to give something that will knock it out..but I’m not satisfied with him.. he didn’t look at my throat..
I got medication the nx day...(it’s the same stuff I’ve been on.. talked to doctor he said let’s gv this some..plus he would add something else.. but I’m thinking if omeprazole was working I wouldn’t be where I’m at..
I’ve had a Nissan fundoliption..but back when the coughing and short of air started, acid coming up..( I had taken a very very hard fall right in the gut and rib cage..) I think that fall did something to the Nissan.. I had my surgery n 2010 and had great results..
For the fungus: sinatrol 3 x a day.. NAC N-,acetylene -l- cysteine I guess it fight the fungus..
Then the Er nystatin sis 10000
Promethazine syp DM

But Im scared that I’m not getting a good check up.. to just rual out that it’s not any where else. Because it’s had 6 months to grow..
I don’t know what to!; do I give it another bother month??or try to find a different doctor
